old buses, I think they have never cleaned them.. (( a trip from KL to Penang took 6 hours with them

Felt so cheated. Charged price higher than others and quality sucks big time. Boarded an executive bus and they suddenly changed us to an economy bus that's old and smelly. Aircon is blowing hot air!!! Don't ever take this company bus at all.
